  • How do I place an order?
    You can either purchase goods yourself and ship them to our warehouse in South Africa, or you can send us details of what you want, and we’ll handle the purchase for you. Simply fill out our order form or contact us directly for assistance.
  • How long does shipping take from South Africa to Kenya?
    Shipping typically takes 7–14 days once we recieve the item, depending on the type of goods and their availability. There is also a delay depending on where we source your goods from, but either way we’ll provide tracking updates to keep you informed throughout the process.
  • What items can I buy or ship?
    You can buy or ship almost any legal item, including electronics, household goods, clothing, and more. However, some items may be restricted due to import regulations. Contact us if you’re unsure whether your item is eligible.
  • How do I pay for my order or shipping?
    You can pay in Kenyan Shillings via our MPESA account or other mobile money services. For items purchased on your behalf, we’ll provide a detailed invoice including the cost of the goods and shipping fees.
  • What happens if my items are delayed or damaged during shipping?
    We take great care to ensure your goods arrive safely and on time. In case of delays, we’ll communicate promptly and work to resolve the issue. For damaged goods, we offer support for filing claims, depending on the insurance coverage selected.
  • Can I track my shipment?
    Yes, we provide tracking updates for all shipments. Once your items are in transit, you’ll receive status updates from country to country until its ready for collection in Nairobi.
  • Do you charge extra for purchasing goods on my behalf?
    Yes, a small service fee is charged for purchases made on your behalf. This fee covers the time, effort and fuel involved in sourcing, purchasing, and coordinating logistics for your items.
  • Are there weight or size restrictions for shipments?
    Yes, certain weight and size restrictions may apply depending on the type of goods and shipping method. Our partner, Servex Holdings, has large trucks for the majoirty of shipments, but for special requests, please contact us to discuss your options.
  • Can I ship fragile or high-value items?
    Yes, we handle fragile and high-value items with extra care. We also offer optional insurance for added protection, ensuring your items are covered in case of any unforeseen issues during transit.
  • What happens if the items I want are unavailable in South Africa?
    If an item is unavailable, we will notify you promptly and suggest alternatives, if possible. We’ll also provide the option of waiting until the item is restocked or canceling the request without any penalty.
